Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- Only unemployed candidates can apply (must be registered with Employment Exchange).
- Scheme is valid for regular students only (not distance or private).
- Educational Qualification:
- 12th Pass in any stream
- Graduation in any UG stream (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BFA, BIM)
- Post-Graduation in any PG stream (MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MCA, M.Ed, or above)
Qualification & Allowance

If candidates complete departmental work each month, an honorarium of ₹6,000 – ₹20,000 (or more) may be provided.

Important Instructions
- After online application, submit required documents to the Employment Office within 20–30 days.
- Only candidates willing to work will get full honorarium; others will receive allowance only.
- Scheme is initially valid for 3 years, after which it can be renewed.
